All the blisters have popped on Sadie’s hand and the tender pink skin underneath looks like it’s growing in healthily. Thanks for the prayers. She’s pretty used to using just one hand now so she doesn’t complain about the burnt one very much any more.

Micah and Talia, your breakfast eating skills sound pretty impressive. I’m getting set in a few minutes to try for a new record of eating raisin bread that Jess’s mom brought back from NC last night both really fast and really sticky. I’ll let you know how it goes.

It looks like we will be able to get the house if we bump back the financing until after I have a couple pay stubs under my belt to show the finance people. Right now we’re trying to negotiate moving closing to the end of November and finding some kind of extended stay place to hole up in the mean time. Taking it all a day at a time.

I love the anticipation and excitement of starting a new job. Everything seems hopeful and bright. It usually doesn’t last more than a couple months into the new job so I’m enjoying it as much as I can now.
