Kevin, I’ve decided that I could have used a flying car last saturday. Trying to stick to gravelly, wet, twisting and curving pavement is such a chore when you’re really in a hurry.

I’ve also decided that if all of your ambition and work ethic could be bottled up and redistributed across Winchester, it could probably get each of my students an ‘A’ for this year.

And that’s a pretty big deficit. In a class of 21, 3 students handed in their final research projects today.

I hope everyone is enjoying beautiful weather. Katie and I slept in our tent in the back yard last night. We watched a DVD on my computer and then set the alarm with enough time to get ready for school in the morning. It rained all night, but we stayed dry and warm (warmer, at least, than in an igloo).

God bless, Joel
